Best Luck with this new cycle and hope to see you soon

Hey guys and girls...sorry not to attend to the 1st conference...i wait your comment here!

To day I'm at the conference and it was very intresting.

I listen a lot of obvious things but also some more intresting.

About startups I like to know more about it in  Brescia so I'm Sign in on http://www.talentgarden.it but in my opinion, see what is the really biggest IT company in the world, the world of innovation, of the new enterprise is a very important thing.

For this reason I would like to go in Silicon Valley, not for coping that but to understand what we can do here.

Why other signed want to go?

i want to go for the same reasons of you. i view it like a big chance to understand more about future markets, not only startups or simply a way to know the biggest company in the wolrd. throught these experiences we can hands-on the enterprise culture so we can get more know-how about it and why not? to become a founder!
I have a question about the conference today. Is it really all so beautiful, so easy, so obvious throughout the business world? I ask because, from how it was discussed today, it would seem that it is enough to get up in the morning with an idea more or less brilliant, and you're done. It would be nice if it were so ...

Giovanni...is not so easy but is a good start!

I think that the "entrepreneurial spirit" that we find in Silicon Valley is  a good thing anywhere in the world. If you have this spirit also in Italy it means that you have an idea, a goal,   and strongly you want to get it done....This behaviour is very useful also if you  work in a company, "to get the shit done"  our friends say  in SV..., so work on your business ideas ..and if you have one...the Brescia Start up Week end is an experience to do...

http://www.video.mediaset.it/video/iene/puntata/251988/lucci-cervel...   look at here....a possible goal...but with Talent Garden soon also in Brescia!
I saw the video. But why do you think the lenders in Italy are so hostile to ideas of young people willing to accept?
meanwhile we waiting for Paolo's answer, i want to give you my opinion about this point: i realy think that there are too many old people that are managing and rule our nation and the italian company. this is the business and political background since too many years. now we are addicted from this situation to the extent that we find it the normally. but this scene has to change. sorry: i hope it.
while in USA and particulary in silicon valley the "old" people, the lenders, are younger or simply live in other way and with other mentality.
i'm curious to read Paolo's answer.
about you Giovanni? what's your idea?
I agree with what you said. But I would add that perhaps the fault is not only of entrepreneurs "old" but ours too! Now we are conveying the idea that Italy is backward and old-fashioned. But we, who are the future, what can we do to improve the situation? Escape everyone in America? Would not it be better to go to America for a period and then "import" here in Italy what we have learned?

I'm disagree with you, in my opinion, Italy and USA are very very different! So the way to do business must be different!

We don't have same possibilities but we have to use very carefully the few that we have.

The only thing that I think we can "import" is the mode to think ideas to have a better life.

I do not think that's what we have to import. It is thanks to the U.S. especially if we are in this crisis. So we must be careful about what we want to copy from them.Italy has so far imported only what the U.S. has a negative such as the rampant consumerism (the cause of the crisis in fact). Why not look instead to their desire to do? That same desire to do that has characterized the "American dream"?
