Here some takeaways:
>On a personal level:
1. Don’t be afraid of failing.
2. Work hard.
3. Never give up on yourself.
4. Focus in every moment on what you learn not what you are.
>On a business level:
5. Start with a problem. Not an idea.
6. Start with a small target market.
7. Building up a company it’s like to play chess. (You make one move at the time and sometimes you have to change your game plan because things happen. You don't go for the queen in the first push. You make a lot of moves, and then you go for the queen).
