I have a PhD in Computer Engineering with emphasis on wireless ad hoc and sensors networks from Northeastern University (Boston, MA). Previously I received my Laurea Degree in Electronic Engineering with specialization on wireless communcations (802.11/HyperLAN2, PHY Layer) from the University of Ferrara (Italy).
I have been at Alcatel R&I Laboratories in Marcoussis (Paris, France) as Radio Engineer Intern and at the CNIT (National Consortium for Telecommunications) as Researcher at the Univeristy "La Sapienza" of Rome (Italy). In 2006 I have been Wireless Engineer Intern at Google (Mountain View, California).
Since 2007 I am a full time software engineer at Google were I develop MAC protocols and I am involved in kernel and drivers programming for wireless systems.
